Our property has been designed to provide versatility and convenience for all of our couples, whether it’s dinner and dancing in the barn, cocktails on the deck overlooking the stunning views of the Taconic Range, or an intimate ceremony overlooking it all. Our various ceremony and reception locations eliminate the need for change-overs and are in close proximity to one another.

Rates
May 1 thru October 31
Package includes access to the facilities from Friday, 10am until Sunday, 3pm.
Lodging for 16, includes the main house (6 bedrooms, sleeps up to 12)
plus the cottage (2 bedrooms, sleeps up to 4).
2024
Fee Breakdown:
Facility & Event Fee: $14,000**
Lodging Fee: $1,200/night x 2 nights*
2025
Fee Breakdown:
Facility & Event Fee: $16,000**
Lodging Fee: $1,300/night x 2 nights*
*Holiday weekends require one additional night of lodging at $1,200/night (2024) or $1,300/night (2025).
*Additional nights of lodging available at the reduced rate of $1,000/night (2024) or $1,100/night (2025).
**Catering, bar, rentals, restrooms, transportation, and some furniture set ups are not included. Please see brochure or FAQs for details.
